I have passionately advocating this since starting my business in 1994 so it feels incredibly gratifying to see Fast Company's article today: The Most Important Leadership
Quality for CEOs? Creativity. (It's worth reading the whole article). They did a poll of CEO's
interviews and public sector leaders
across 60 nations
and 33 industries. Specifically they asked: "Which of the following leadership qualities do you think are most
important in the next five years?" The CEOs were allowed to
select three answers from the options listed below...and Creativity emerged on top:
I'm also glad to see that Integrity was right up there next to it as the latter serves as a foundation for the former to have a generative business that serves a greater good. (Only wish Sustainability was higher up on the list).
